This time, EVENTÔIR got hired to organise a meeting in Budapest. It is always a pleasure to explore new possibilities in a different country. Hence, we planned fun activities and incorporated ways for the attendees to discover the beauty of Budapest.

The invited guests gathered in the lobby of the Hotel Hilton before the meeting in Budapest. This resort is recognise as Hungary’s Leading Hotel at the World Travel Awards Europe 2018. Hence, the guests had a magnificent stay with a great location close to notable attractions and amazing views from the hotel.

Then, the group took a walking tour of the city, which was a lot of fun. One of the places visited was the city’s parliament, the seat of Hungary’s National assembly. Other monuments visited were the Budapest Basilica and the Synagogue. The architectural design of these buildings is breathtaking.

They have been bring to the Szimpla Kert Pub. This old factory is a large open-air cinema and pub. It is now a colourful street offering everything from food, drinks, and concerts to cultural displays. This was a great opportunity to catch up, mingle and drink some good Hungarian cocktails.

Having gained some new energy, the guests were transferred to the dock to enjoy an hour-long open-bar boat cruise. Also, this memorable cruise took them to the castle district. The night lights offered great views on the cruise tour, which everyone highly appreciated. Finally, the boat stopped at the restaurant Baltazar.

This restaurant has a private room – Kanallós terem – where they served a delicious 3-course menu. Accompanied by some lovely wines, people laughed and talked about the adventurous day they had experienced. Everyone was happy to leave the city with such memorable moments.

“Budapest is really a fantastic city! Your guide was really good as well: very friendly and speaks good English – highly recommended! The walking tour with a drink stop at a ruin bar and the boat tour were a very good combination. It was a very warm day, so the boat trip was refreshing. Thank you.” – Senior Marketing Manager Customer
