EVENTÔIR organised a meeting in Amsterdam for Forbion, a venture capital firm renowned for pioneering innovations. The event saw a gathering of 140 guests.
Attendees were treated to luxury during their stay, with accommodation at the Sofitel Legend The Grand Hotel. With Forbion’s vision and EVENTÔIR’s planning, the meeting became a testament to innovation and strategic partnerships in the ever-evolving landscape of healthcare investments.

After a warm welcome at the hotel, some guests transitioned into a day of productive meeting in Amsterdam within the hotel’s exquisite surroundings. Moreover, the hotel boasts an array of meeting rooms, perfectly made for corporate events.

When a day filled with meetings, guests had a unique dining experience aboard the magnificent Oceandiva Futura. Against the Amsterdam’s canals, participants enjoyed a dinner. As the evening unfolded, the boat set sail, gracefully gliding through Amsterdam, providing a panorama of the city’s renowned landmarks.

After adding to the enchantment of the evening, participants attended a series of shows aboard the boat. Then, the night commenced with a ballet performance, featuring ballerinas who captivated the audience with their rendition of the iconic ‘Swan Lake’ dance.

Attendees joined a dinner experience aboard the boat, sailing along the canals. Attendees enjoyed delectable cuisine, fostering connections in a relaxed atmosphere. When this unique setting provided the perfect opportunity for networking, allowing guests to create memorable moments.

To kick off the diner, the atmosphere transformed with an exhilarating drumming performance, where talented percussionists created rhythmic magic. These captivating shows, set against Amsterdam’s canals, added an extra layer of magic to an unforgettable evening.

Attendees enjoyed a view while drinking drinks, concluding their dinner in the most perfect way possible. The combination of drinks and a setting created an atmosphere of relaxation, ensuring the dinner ended on a high note for everyone involved.

With over 25 years of experience in national and international corporate events, Lidia specializes in the automotive and MICE sectors across Europe. Her German–Spanish heritage and fluency in Spanish, German, and English give her a unique intercultural perspective, allowing her to quickly adapt to client needs.

Lidia is passionate, proactive, and flexible — equally comfortable leading projects or collaborating within a team. Known for her strong communication and negotiation skills, she is dedicated to creating events that exceed expectations for both attendees and organizers.

Having grown up in Spain, she works fluently in English, Dutch, and Spanish, which allows her to collaborate effortlessly with clients and partners around the world.

She has successfully delivered complex projects for global brands, including multi-day programs for up to 7,000 participants across 20 venues. Known for her meticulous planning, creative concepts, and ability to unite diverse stakeholders, Jacqueline blends business objectives with memorable guest experiences. Her flexibility and attention to detail have earned her a reputation as a trusted partner for brands seeking both elegance and flawless execution.

Outside of work, she is passionate about exploring new destinations and planning unforgettable trips. She enjoys staying active with nature hikes, gym workouts, Reformer Pilates, and Yin Yoga. She also loves cooking Mediterranean-inspired dishes, good coffee, and photography, with a special interest in interior design.
